Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop BA’s in terms of training, team management support etc
- Provide operational support to BAs in terms of submissions, issuance, pending resolve etc
- Interact with them regularly to assess their status & push & motivate them to maintain productivity
- Maintain persistency by monitoring case size & healthy product mix
- Ensure that the BAs are meeting their team targets as well as individual sales targets

- Recruit BAs
- Develop BA’s through coaching, training, team management support etc
- Drive BA team size, activity ratio, case rate per active agent and case size to achieve the premium targets
- Provide operational support to BAs in terms of submissions, issuance , pending resolve, licensing etc
- Plan, Monitor and Review BAs on a weekly basis - to drive Active agents, Case Rate and Case Size
- Ensure that the BAs are meeting their team targets
- Ensure that the A&H & pensions targets are met through a healthy product mix
- Ensure the BA move up the career path and become Sr.BA/Managerial BA
Experience & Qualification:
- Graduate with 7 + years, Post Graduation with 5+ years experience in sales

- Own the budgets for the location
- Owns the growth budget for his location - Growth in terms of BA growth - Organic and Inorganic
- Owning top line & bottom line FYP targets for the Location AML implementation across functions with NIL deviation
