Role & Responsibilities:
- Tracking of spends
- Budget Tracking
- Provisions - Provisions are given to the General Ledger team on 28th of every month. Provisions are given under the following heads:-
- Status of Open Purchase Order
- Status of all active Purchase Requisitions
- Provision for Outsource Expenses
- Provisions for Prizes and Awards Expenses
- Provisions for Convention Expenses
- Partner reconciliations -A Partner level database is created and tracked
Experience & Qualification:
- CA fresher
