Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct various functional & behavioral sessions including ownership of organizing LOI in the zone
- Carry out Training Needs Analysis to identify needs & conduct programs to satisfy the needs
- Fix training calendars & ensure participation
- Arrange for the logistics of trainings conducted
- Anchor the buddy program in the zone
- Anchor national projects at the zone
- Post Training Measurement
Experience & Qualification:
- Post graduate with at least 7 Years of experience in Corporate Training.

Senior Manager/AVP

- Training Need Analysis
- Proactively partner business to understand business needs/challenges ; prepare training plan to meet the current and planned human resource requirements of the organization
- Training & development road maps
- Drive interventions at all career levels - Manage coaching and mentoring relationships
- Building leadership competencies
Experience & Qualification:
- Post Graduate with 8-12 years of experience in areas of Corporate Training/ learning and development. Exposure to Training Need Analysis, senior management intervention, gap analysis, behavioral/leadership training is essential
