Zone Facilities Head - West Zone
We are looking for Bright, Young and Energetic individuals for this role
Role & Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for all aspects of Facilities, Projects, Real Estate and Security related activities in the zone
- Ensure all BAU Maintenance activities and commercial property renewals are carried out in time
- Ensure preparation of Facilities yearly calendar for maintenance schedules, annual maintenance contracts and Fire Drills
- Ensure selection of new premises and execution of fit out projects as per AIG GRE and TALIC standards & timelines
- Quality Assurance for all newly completed projects
- Ensure conducting of Fire Evacuation drill and Fire Safety audit for all the offices in West Zone
- Ensure timely registration of all commercial premises as per schedule
- Ensuring compliance with Trade License and S&E License for each & every branch.
- Ensuring service delivery by the outsourced facilities service providers
- Ensure timely MIS generation for HO
- Execute relocation projects and restacking jobs as per guidelines from HO based on Premises rating Check List
- Preparation of Zonal Opex & Capex budget
- Cost and budget monitoring
- Coordinate with Project, Real Estate and BPVM vertical heads of Facilities & Projects, HO
Experience & Qualification:
- 10 to 12 years of hard core multi - location Facilities & Project management experience
