Role & Responsibilities:
Manage the hiring process for the corporate office by filling requirements within targeted TATs and building pipeline of talent to support growth and replacement requirements. This position will carry a number target of hiring 20 to 25 positions each month.
Support zonal HR teams in sourcing, selection and in completion of pre employment formalities for candidates
Maintain the desired source mix and average hiring cost by managing different sourcing channels including consultants, employee referrals, internet portals and direct sourcing
Drive process improvements to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency. Identify alternate sources of hiring, in order to optimise costs, and delivery capability to the business
This role works very closely with business teams to support and facilitate business plans
Experience & Qualification:
MBA in HR / PMIR batches 2004-05
Experience of minimum 3 years post MBA in hiring or generalist HR roles at a corporate level or Regional / Zonal level in a medium sized firm. Services sector preferred.
