• Please inform us immediately upon occurrence of the incident or loss.
• Please click on the Preliminary Questionnaire and fill in basic details to intimate us about your claim.
• We will send across the introduction pack to you shortly. It will contain the preliminary requirements to initiate the claim process.
• You can also refer to the List of Requirements for help on the above.
• On receipt of the same, we will help you to complete all other documents and appropriate forms on the basis of the claim type.
• Decision will be taken and disbursement of the claim amount will take place within 15 days from the date of receipt of the last requirement.
