NEFT

Another easy way of paying your renewal premium, without making rounds of the bank is the National Electronic Fund Transfer facility. This is a nationwide funds transfer system that will enable you to make quick transfers from your bank account to Tata AIG Life's account.

To initiate the NEFT transfer, please follow the simple steps given below:

For Unit Linked Policies, the NAV will be based on time and date of the receipt of fund/money with the information at the office of Tata AIG Life. For an intimation received on Saturday, Sunday, any public holiday or after 3.00 PM, the NAV for the next working day will be applicable. Risk commencement starts after acceptance of risk by the company and not on the receipt of premium. Subject to realization of funds. For every successful NEFT transaction, your bank will provide a UTR number (Unique Transaction Reference No.). For any future correspondence with Tata AIG Life on the NEFT transaction, please mention the respective UTR no. of that transaction.

EBPP: Electronic Bill Processing and Payment

We have devised an easy way out for all our customers who tend to forget their premium due dates. You can now pay your renewal premium by availing of the Electronic Bill Process and Payment service from Bill Desk. All you need to do is register at www.billdesk.com. Every time your premium is due, Bill Desk will intimate you. To pay the premium, you will need to authorize and pay it from your bank account.

ICICI Bank Quick Pay

If you are an ICICI bank account holder, then paying your renewal premium is a few clicks away, with the ICICI Bank Quick Pay facility.

All you need to do is log into the ICICI Bank Website, click on Quick Pay, select Tata AIG Life Insurance from the list of billers given and proceed. You will be asked to enter your policy number and date of birth for verification. Once verified, you can check the details of the premium amount, and easily pay it through your ICICI Bank account.

Direct Debit

Have you ever forgotten to pay your renewal premium on the due date? We have a simple solution for this - the Direct Debit facility. It is an automated option wherein you can set up auto debit instructions with your bank for regular debit of your premium amount on the specified due date.

All you need to do is fill in the Direct Debit Form and submit it at any of our branch offices. The form can also be handed over to your advisor or mailed to the address mentioned in the form along with a blank cancelled cheque 30 days prior to the next premium due date. The first auto debit payment would occur after this.

Electronic Clearing Service (ECS)

An automated premium payment facility from Tata AIG Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) is available in 84 cities across India.

Through this facility, you can make the payment for the first year premium (other than the first initial premium) and the subsequent renewal premiums through your bank account. This amount will be debited for the premium amount on the specified date. All you need to do is fill the ECS form and send the same to the address mentioned.

Credit Card

You can now pay your renewal premium through a Credit Card (MasterCard or VISA) or a Direct Debit. All you need to do is fill the Authorization form and mail it to us. Your request would be processed within seven days from the day we receive the form. Once accepted, a confirmation will be sent to you. However, till the time you receive a confirmation, you should make your premium payment by cash/cheque incase it is due.

Skypak Drop Box

Is your bank too far from your residence? Then we ensure you get maximum convenience and have no reason to worry. Now, you can drop your renewal premium cheques at any authorized Skypak drop box. The cheque should be drawn in favor of "TALIC" followed by your policy number along with your Name, Contact Number and Policy Number written on the reverse.

To make sure you get maximum convenience, we provide you a very simple way to pay your premiums - Easy Bill, India's first chain of one stop payment collection centers. Drop your renewal premium cheques at any of the Easy Bill outlets near you and get complete freedom from long queues and hours of running around.

MINC Drop Box

If you are a regular train commuter then dropping premium payment cheques will be the easiest thing for you. With the authorized MINC drop boxes at every railway station of Mumbai and the Metro stations in New Delhi, we have tried to make your life a lot simpler.

E-Box

The E-box is yet another way to pay your renewal premium. The smart Electronic Drop boxes are placed at select branch offices and accept payment of premium through a Cheque / Demand Draft. You also get a print provisional receipt for the amount paid.

This facility is available to all customers. You can avail of this facility at the following branch offices, which are open until 9 p.m.

The most usual and convenient way to pay your renewal premium is through cash or cheque at our Branch offices, located across the country. The cheque should be drawn in favor of "TALIC" followed by your policy number. The cheque should also contain your Name, Contact Number and Policy number on the reverse.

The cash counter is open from 11.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. on all working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. The counter will however be closed between 1.30 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. & 5.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.

Note: Cash payment above Rs.49, 999/- per policy will not be accepted.

South Indian Bank

Along with other banks, South Indian Bank's branches are also at your disposal now for renewal premium payment. However, you can pay the premium only in cash and up to the limit of Rs. 49,999/- per policy. As an acknowledgement of the receipt of premium, SIB will give you a duly stamped counterfoil of the deposit slip.

E-Mitra

Are you a policyholder residing in Jaipur? If yes, then we bring you an easier way to pay your renewal premium. At the counters of E-Mitra collection in Jaipur, premium can be paid in cash, cheque or via demand draft. The designated person at the E-Mitra outlet will capture the name of customer, the policy number, amount received in cash, cheque or DD and will issue a receipt to the customer over the counter. The counters are open 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m on Sundays & public holidays.

The cheque / demand draft should be drawn in favor of "TALIC" followed with your policy number.

If you are residing in Andhra Pradesh, then paying your renewal premium has become even easier for you. You can now pay your premium in cash (up to Rs. 49,999/-) at Andhra Pradesh Online (AP Online) franchisee collection counters spread across Andhra Pradesh. You will be issued a valid signed e-receipt on behalf of Tata AIG Life.

United Bank of India

Now, pay your renewal premiums at specified branches of United Bank of India. Renewal premiums can be paid in cash up to the limit of Rs.50,000/- per policy or through cheque. As an acknowledgement of the receipt of the premium, UBI will give you a duly signed counterfoil of the deposit slip.
